Ann is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Hidden Harbor. She is responsible for leading talent value creation initiatives across both the firm and its portfolio companies, including executive recruiting and succession planning, talent pipelining, and working with management to improve team dynamics.
Prior to joining Hidden Harbor, Ann spent eight years in executive search, most recently at Heidrick & Struggles as an Engagement Manager in the Industrials practice. In this capacity, she managed all aspects of the executive search process for Industrials client engagements, with a focus on CEOs, P&L leaders, and manufacturing executives in both public and private companies. Prior to Heidrick, Ann spent time working at both Ferguson Partners and DHR International supporting high-profile executive placement assignments.
Ann holds a bachelor’s in History from Indiana University.
