William (Bill) R. Fisher Jr. is an Executive Partner at Hidden Harbor. In this role, Mr. Fisher works with Hidden Harbor’s investment team to source and evaluate niche market leading businesses in the specialty chemicals and materials sectors. Bill has over twenty-five years of experience and a strong track record of driving growth and operational excellence in manufacturing, supply chain, capital planning and execution, sales, marketing, and human resources. Having worked in automotive, chemicals, electronics, fibers, polymers, he brings a broad view of business applications and is a strong driver of productivity. Bill is a global results-oriented operations leader with experience growing and maximizing businesses./p>

Mr. Fisher is currently the President of Consulting LLC, advising chemicals and materials businesses on operational excellence. Also, Mr. Fisher is the former Vice President, Integrated Operations at DuPont Performance Materials, where he spent 27 years in various roles. In addition, Mr. Fisher currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Derby Festival (previously serving on the Executive Board of Directors). He serves on the Industry Advisory Board for Prairie View A&M University Electrical Engineering Department and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC). Mr. Fisher has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
