Boca Raton, Florida, September 21, 2021 – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“Hidden Harbor”), an operationally focused private equity firm specializing in control investments in lower middle market companies, is pleased to announce the acquisition of SuperHero Fire Protection, LLC, (“SuperHero”), a leading Fire, Life & Safety installer and service provider to multifamily and commercial end markets in the southeastern United States.

Based in Lawrenceville, Georgia and founded in 2012, SuperHero provides high-quality, value-added services to customers through its expertise and reliability in its fire sprinkler and fire alarm installation segments, as well as its recurring monitoring, service and inspection segment. The company has capabilities across end markets, with a focus on the multifamily end market.

Hidden Harbor’s acquisition of SuperHero closed on September 1, 2021. First Eagle Alternative Credit, LLC provided financing for the transaction. Configure Partners served as financing advisor to Hidden Harbor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
