Hidden Harbor Capital Partners Hires Matt Rainwater As Director of Business Development

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“Hidden Harbor”), an operationally focused private equity firm specializing in control investments in lower middle market companies, announced today that it has named Matt Rainwater as a Director of Business Development in the firm. In this role, Matt will be responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and developing relationships with deal making constituents across the middle market.

“Matt has a demonstrable track record of lower middle market private equity deal origination and established relationships with numerous intermediaries, positioning him to generate significant new business opportunities in our key industries such as industrials, transportation and logistics, business services, consumer products and retail”, said John Caple, Managing Partner of Hidden Harbor. “We are excited for him to join the team and continuing to build Hidden Harbor’s strong business development initiatives.”

Prior to joining Hidden Harbor, Matt was a Business Development Partner at American Industrial Partners, where he focused on originating investment opportunities and developing intermediary relationships. Previously, he served as Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations at High Road Capital Partners, and as an analyst at Park Hill, where he was responsible for fundraising services on behalf of private equity and real estate sponsors. Matt began his career as a tax associate at KPMG.

Mr. Rainwater holds a B.B.A. and Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia.
