Boca Raton, Florida, September 5, 2019 – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“Hidden Harbor”), an operationally focused private equity firm specializing in control investments in lower middle market companies, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Wehner Multifamily, LLC. (WMF), a full-service property management company with more than 25,000 residential units under management across Texas and Oklahoma with a mission to provide industry leading management services for B & C class apartment communities.

Based in Dallas, Texas and founded by Ryan Wehner in 2008, Wehner Multifamily attributes its consistent growth over the past decade to recruiting high performing property managers, leveraging innovative technology, and maintaining a client-oriented approach to operations. The company also provides renovation services as well as low cost, high quality replacement parts for unit interiors.

Hidden Harbor’s acquisition of Wehner Multifamily closed on August 23, 2019. Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group provided financing for the transaction. Configure Partners served as financing advisor and Robert W. Baird served as buyside advisor to Hidden Harbor. Corporate Finance Associates Dallas office served as an advisor to the Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
